A Professional Way to Broadcast Your Stream

When you rent a stream, you often receive something like this: 88.164.33.4:8000

It works… but let’s be honest — it doesn’t look very professional. It looks technical, confusing, and not very friendly for DJs, clubs, or event hosts.

At Jarian Streams, we decided to do this differently.
Instead of giving you an IP address with numbers, every stream now gets its own personal broadcast address using jarianstreams.com.

So instead of this: 88.164.33.4:8000
You can now use something like: DJ-Jon.jarianstreams.com:8000

Much cleaner. Much more professional. Much easier to remember.
This works perfectly with your familiar broadcasting software such as BUTT, Mixxx, or SAM Broadcaster, and of course with servers running Shoutcast or Icecast.

You do not have to change anything in your setup.
You still use the same port, the same password, and the same stream settings.
The only difference is that you now broadcast to a name instead of numbers.
This gives your stream the look and feel of a real radio hosting service, just like professional stations use.

At Jarian Streams, every renter can have their own unique sub-domain:

  • dj-name.jarianstreams.com

  • club-name.jarianstreams.com

  • event-name.jarianstreams.com

Because your stream deserves a proper address — not a string of numbers.
